5pm – 9pm | $59.99 per person | $35 for ages 6–10 

This buffet is a celebration of local favorites and ocean treasures. Guests rave about our family-style laulau, kalua pork, and prime rib, paired with a full spread of salads, poke, steamed snow crab, and classic sides like poi, lomi salmon, and squid luau. For dessert? Build your own sundae and indulge in Chef’s rotating dessert selections.

The Seafood Bonanza Buffet features an impressive variety including steamed snow crab, pocho clams, seafood scampi, and fresh catch, along with prime rib and hearty sides like garlic mashed potatoes and Asian grilled chicken.
