Inspired by the traditional Blue Hawaiian cocktail, this unique signature concoction was created to represent the essence of the lounge’s name origins. This melon twist to the classic is created with Don Q Coco rum, Blue Curacao, a fresh squeeze of lime & pineapple juice, a splash of soda with a float of melon liquor.
IRISH GRAPEFRUIT SOUR $14
Enjoy a crisp aromatic take on the classic whiskey sour. Irish whiskey shaken together with fresh lemon juice, grapefruit bitters Cointreau and Wondafoam to create that iconic foam cap without the egg white. Garnished with orange bitters and an orange slice.

Muddled sweet lychees and fresh ginger are shaken to perfection with Don Q Cristal rum; freshly squeezed lemon juice and lychee water, livened by a splash of soda and poured over rocks.
